This kit comprises of; the Skipper recycle bin, a robust and durable refuse sack holder for multi-purpose waste and recycling use. A safety dispenser, for storing PPE equipment such as gloves and ear plugs etc. A heavy-duty support post and base, which can simply be filled with water or sand for improved strength and stability, then the post is twist-locked into position. Together with a post cap and collar.
