Insulated Open Ended Spanner 17mm

A fully insulated 17mm open end spanner for use on modern hybrid and electric vehicles, suitable for live working up to 1000V AC/ 1500V DC. Both GS and VDE certificated, and manufactured according to the IEC60900 standard for safe use in a high voltage environment.
