The M651 engines have their cam chains mounted at the back of the engine which can make the access to the L/H threaded cam sprocket fixing bolts difficult with standard E14 spanners.

Especially useful on the Suits Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, where the cam pulley access is restricted.
