The 8100 has been developed specifically for the removal of the DPF fuel vaporiser injector retaining nut on the Suits Ford Transit Custom where the access is very restricted. It is recommended that the 8100 is used with the 4590 hand impact wrench.
The 22mm fuel vaporiser is used across the Suits Ford diesel range and not all have such poor access as the Transit Custom models. Where access permits, this spanner can be used with 1/2" drive ratchet.
